In 1891, David Orville Trimmer, a wealthy wine merchant who specialized in champagne, built Trimmer House for his wife and daughters. In 1997, no expense was spared as Trimmer restored to its fine Queen Anne architecture. Now, an elegant 1891 Queen Anne Victorian situated in historic downtown of Penn Yan, NY, hosts 4 all-inclusive rooms, a 2 room suite, and additional Guest House and Lake House Suite for more privacy or larger parties. Proprietor Gary M. Smith, Professor of Hospitality Management at Keuka College, will attend to every detail.
