Our contemporary solar powered home, located in picturesque Penn Yan, NY, sits just minutes from both Seneca and Keuka Lakes. Beautiful country views allow guests to steal a glimpse of goldfinches and hummingbirds as they joyfully flit through our summer gardens. Five large, comfortable rooms, including two log cabins, present queen size beds, private baths, and air conditioning.
Fill your days with all the Finger Lakes have to offer: relax and let go on our spacious deck and gazebo.
Gray House is an old fashioned, turn of century home with bed and breakfast accommodations. The house was built in 1894 for Judge Charles Milford. His family occupied the house until 1989 when the Gray family bought and renovated the house to suit the needs of visitors to Skaneateles.
Gray House is located in downtown Skaneateles, one block from the lake, shops and restaurants. Our two guestrooms on the first floor have twin and full or queen beds and private bathrooms. Our two suites on the second floor have queen beds, sitting rooms with televisions, kitchens and private baths.
