Welcome To Echoes of the Glen

Located in the heart of the village of world famous Watkins Glen, NY, this enchanting 1920 English Tudor Home rests central to town and provides a home-away-from-home comfort. Five guestrooms, all with private en suite bath, pamper guests as does breakfast, served in our formal dining room between 8:30-9:30 a.m. (Early or ‘To Go” breakfast by request. Described by guests as “gourmet,” breakfast begins with juice, fresh fruit, fresh baked homemade muffins, kuchens, or pastries and ends with a new hot entree each morning. Be it stuffed French toast with fruit topping, Belgian waffles, a variety of pancakes, and sausage, bacon, or an egg bake, guests sample a true taste of home. Homemade local syrup and homemade jams accompany each entree.

After filling-up, lounge in our sun-room with freshly brewed coffee, assorted teas, or hot chocolate and look for our fresh-baked homemade cookies, often served in the afternoons. Relax in the common living room, enjoy the fireplace during colder months, read a book in our sun-room, and use complimentary WiFi.

Explorers travel a simple 1 ½ blocks to Watkins Glen State Park or four miles to the Watkins Glen International racetrack. Walk to downtown shops, restaurants, and Seneca Lake. Barb and Tom can be sure to help you outline a trip to the wineries. At Echoes of the Glen Bed & Breakfast, we echo the history of our area and hope our hospitality echoes within you.
