A Stone’s Throw has the perfect location between Cayuga and Seneca Lake Wine Trails and an easy drive to Watkins Glen, Ithaca, Geneva and Seneca Falls. Our Federal Greek Revival home was built in 1850 has one amazing, relaxing wrap-around porch – where we often serve Tony’s farm to table, creative breakfasts. We offer three well appointed, en suite, second floor rooms – with comfy queen beds, fluffy pillows,and fine linens. Our homemade biscotti are a treat!

The Brindle and Blonde

Sutherland House Victorian Bed and Breakfast

Experience the heart of the Finger Lakes Region. This historic stately Second Empire Victorian on five peaceful acres, located only 1.5 miles from the north end of Canandaigua Lake, provides five guest rooms or suites which feature romantic gas fireplaces and private baths, some with whirlpool tubs and chandeliers. Enjoy our elegant yet comfortable Victorian Parlor or relax on one of our patios after you have toured the wineries and breweries, museums, antique centers or enjoyed outdoor events. Included with your stay is a grand three-course gourmet breakfast with fresh house-made baked goods. There are many amenities for guests, as well as complimentary hot and cold beverages and snacks available at all times. We are uniquely situated to accommodate a small boat whose guests trailer their vessel or sporting vehicles, as well as secure storage for bicycles and outdoor activities on our grounds. Intimate weddings, bridal shower teas, family gatherings and other events can all be held on our property.

The 1819 Red Brick Inn B & B

We invite you to spend a relaxing escape to our charming 1819 Federal Style home, located in a tranquil country setting in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Our home sits on 8 acres of beautiful countryside.
In the morning, you’ll awaken to a full country breakfast which includes a fruit dish and a hot entree served with juice, coffee and tea. In the evening, enjoy a complimentary snack in our parlor. A well stocked refrigerator with complimentary beverages is also available to all of our guests.

Sit by the pond and enjoy the music of chirping birds, curl up with a good book in the parlor, or take a stroll through the beautiful countryside

Enjoy the country views from the Inns five lovely furnished guest rooms, each featuring a Queen size bed, private bath, and individual air-conditioning and heat controls.

The 1819 Red Brick Inn is centrally located between Seneca Lake and Keuka Lake, near Watkins Glen, Penn Yan and Hammondsport. Sunrise Landing Bed and Breakfast

Discover a contemporary lakeside retreat, 10 miles from famed Watkins Glen, NY, in a wooded setting on the west side of Seneca Lake. Sunrise Landing Bed & Breakfast rests on the renowned Finger Lakes wine trail where guests enjoy a wide variety of accommodations, inside and out, including: large living room, elegant dining room, huge deck overlooking the lake, dock, paddle boat, canoe, and kayaks. Beautifully decorated guest suites all include queen bed, sitting room, private bath, and amenities boast: TV/VCR, WiFi, Hi-speed internet, refrigerators, hair dryers, comfy robes, and more. Our two large apartment suites can accommodate extra guests for an additional charge and are 600 square feet with kitchen, private entrance, and a private patio. No pets or smoking, and children 12 and older are welcome. As an owner occupied B&B, we welcome you to Sunrise Landing. Open April 1 through December the first week in December with Suites $155 – $255 for the B&B option. As part of Gentleman’s Farm Estate, built by Isaac Parrish in 1837, Cobblestone was an original stop on the Underground Railroad and features a “secret room”! We have completely renovated The Cottage and each of our three guest suites is uniquely different with everything you need to unwind: elegant comfortable king size beds, private baths, and fireplaces.
